"This website feels like a total scam"
Iâm starting to believe this website is a total scam. I was attempting to book a cruise directly with the cruise line but ended up on this site instead. It really seems sketchy. Nobody picks up the phone; Iâve been on hold three times, each for nearly an hour, and I still havenât spoken to a soul. The cruise line wonât assist me since they insist I must go through the site I used to book. STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE.

"Lack of Customer Support"
I attempted to make a booking online, but it turned out to be quite tricky and I had some questions. They do have an 800 number, but it leads to a lengthy phone menu, and I ended up waiting almost half an hour before I gave up in frustration. I couldnât locate an email address. The so-called "deals" arenât really what they seem. It feels like a classic bait and switch. Honestly, youâd be better off going straight through the cruise line. The prices might look higher on the cruise line websites, but theyâre just more transparent about all the additional costs.

"Simple and straightforward website"
Navigating this site was a breeze. It provides all the info you could want and then some. I even got a follow-up call after checking it out. The guy I talked to was really pleasant. The only thing Iâd tweak is that chat icon. It kept showing up, asking if I wanted to chat. Once you decline, it oughta just chill out.

"Alaska 2021 Cruisetour Experience"
So, our cruisetour to Alaska in 2020 got nixed because of Covid... we tried to re-book for 2021, but man, we couldn't snag the same awesome deal we had before!!! đĄđĄđĄ Now we're shelling out about $1,000 extra for the identical cruise!

Awesome support, and my rep Leanne was fantastic! She was super knowledgeable, professional, and friendly all in one! She guided me through the tricky parts of my cruise credit because of this year's cancellation, and also helped me figure out and reserve a different one for next year thatâs gonna be even better! Thanks a bunch!
"Lack of Communication"
Communication is lacking. They donât reach out before the final payment is due, and it feels like they want you to forfeit your deposit. Honestly, you wonât hear a peep from them after those first confirmation emails. Just terrible business practices.

Rebecca Witt has been super helpful in getting our rescheduling sorted out. She was quick and efficient in her support. This is gonna be our first cruise with Holland. If the service we get from Holland is anything like what Rebecca provided, weâre in for an amazing trip!

Maggie Britton is truly amazing! For several months, sheâs been my go-to travel expert. Whether itâs land or sea travel, sheâs been there for me, even rebooking after those pesky covid 19 cancellations. Super helpful, she really digs in to find me the best trips, upgrades, and deals!!

"Awful Customer Support"
The service was just terrible, with no callbacks when I asked for them and a booking agent who didnât seem to care once the reservation was made. What a joke! The agent said Trisha would reach out, but she NEVER did until I posted this review. Even then, it looks like someone called me ONCE but didnât bother to leave a message. Itâs funny how others manage to leave messages since the mailbox isnât full.
